Additional Notes:
Must book 2 weeks in advanced. Contact me for sooner dates.Travel over 1 hour: if outside of 20 mile radius from Fayetteville, Arkansas: $25 - 30 flat rate per region.
Adventures must be set to begin no earlier than 1 hour prior to sunrise, and end no later than 45 minutes past sunset. If an adventure extends or begins prior to that time they are subject to a Dark Adventure Fee of +$300 per hour in the dark- this is to cover an additional crew member and safety equipment.
All Adventures are subject to extra fees for park or location entrances, safety gear, or other supplies.
Gear haul fee: if hike is extra rugged or requires extra assistance or multiple trips: + $150

Add-Ons & Extra Fees
Extra Time: $50 per 30 minutes
Travel (outside base radius): $0.70 per mile (round trip)
If travel is more than 1 hour one way, additional travel hourly rate may apply
Props, Styling, Sets: quoted per project (for The Set / Styled Shoots)
Prints, Books, Calendars, Large Formats: available à la carte
Add-ons must be requested within 2 weeks of gallery delivery to guarantee pricing
Policies & Notes
Deposit & Payment: If unable to pay in full, a 50% deposit is required to hold your date.
Balance is due before final image delivery. If you would like to book a session like this please reach out to my itsartbyamp@gmail.com or DM us on socials to book a session.
Rescheduling: Allowed with at least 48 hours’ notice; subject to availability.
Cancellation: If cancelled within 48 hours of the session, deposit is non-refundable.
Turnaround Time: Galleries delivered within X–Y days.
Usage Rights: Personal sessions include high-resolution images for personal use (prints, social media). Business/branding sessions include broader commercial usage rights.
Large Events / Long Coverage: If your event is longer than 2 hours or has multiple locations, extra time and logistics fees will apply at the hourly rate.

This full package has just enough time capture your story and treasure the moment. With plenty or time, this 60 minute session is perfect for events, couples, adventurers, or businesses looking to spruce up their websites and pages.
